In 2022, we helped draft and pass Colorado HB22-1222. Humbly speaking, we single-handedly revamped the Responsible Vendor Training statute to address flaws in the initial wording, protect employees, and incentivize dispensaries to participate in the voluntary training program.
Colin Mudd, our principal consultant, and founder has testified numerous times in markets all over the US as a subject matter expert, lobbying for common sense cannabis regulations. He is experienced in the rule-making process and strives to help educate lawmakers to create legislation and regulations that will protect public health and safety while allowing licensed businesses the opportunity to grow without the hindrance of unnecessary laws or restrictions.
